WorkMotionFunding in Series B was awarded to, a Berlin, Germany-based company that specializes in HR-tech for global employment.
The round was led by Canaan, with participation from Activant Capital, XAnge, Picus Capital, Heliad Equity Partners and GR Capital.
The company plans to use these funds to expand its European client base as well as its solution offerings.
WorkMotion’s CEO Carsten Lebtig provides companies with solutions for building international teams. Its Global Talent OS platform removes the complexity of global employment for HR teams, enabling companies to hire globally without third parties and provides benefits for remote-first teams, such as managing ‘work-from-abroad’ requests. This integrated software solution makes it possible for organizations to manage and scale global talent without the need for additional infrastructure. Future features will enable clients to generate remote work contracts, calculate country-specific salaries, authorise ‘work-from-anywhere’ requests and many more actions.
The company was founded in 2020 and has more than 500 clients.
