Revolv3 Raises $4.5M in Seed Funding







Revolv3Seed funding of $4.5M was raised by, a payment optimization company based in Laguna Beach, CA.

Rosecliff Ventures was the lead investor and unnamed angels were also involved in the round.

Frank Arellano, the founder of Revolv3, is a SaaS optimization company that makes more money online for merchants using recurring billing. The platform maximizes recurring bill payment captures by identifying the bank card processors and issuers in real-time and then optimizing recurring and repeated attempts. Developers can access the machine learning backend via the portal or through the APIs. It is designed to allow developers to customize and refine the subscription billing payment capture process and support ecommerce merchants in scaling and optimizing their subscription business.

The company plans to use these funds to expand the platform’s advanced features and increase the product roadmap’s scope. This investment will be used to further build out the platform for advanced feature and expand the product roadmap. Some of these features include network and payments processor data optimization, intelligent routing and payment processing, enhanced platform security and compliance, digital wallets as well as accounting systems and CRM integrations.
