Ledger and Cathay Innovation Launch EUR100M Fund

Ledger, the crypto security platform that secures cryptocurrencies, NFTs, tokens, and tokens, along with Cathay Innovation, a global Venture Capital firm, launched a EUR100M ($110M) early-stage Ledger and Cathay Innovation venture fund that focuses on Web3.

Led by Cathay Innovation’s Denis Barrier, Ledger’s Pascal Gauthier, and Michael Louzado of Ledger, Ledger Cathay capital will cover cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance (DeFI), as well as blockchains, NFTs, and DAOs.

This funding will be used to invest in Seed-to-Series A companies that are focused on emerging DeFi and security technologies. Ledger also made early investments in startups, which will be managed and managed by the Ledger Cathay Capital group.

It provides creators and entrepreneurs with the capital, tools, and industry access they need to innovate at scale right from the beginning.
