Yes, legendary Hollywood actress Barbara Eden still exists.  She was born Barbara Jean Morehead on August 23, 1931. She is an American actress, singer, and producer best known for her starring role as Jeannie in the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie series from 1965 to 1970. her notable roles include Roslyn Pierce opposite Elvis Presley in Flaming Star movie in 1960, Lieutenant Cathy Connors in Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea movie in 1961, and a single widowed mother, Stella Johnson, in the film Harper Valley PTA (1978). After the success of the film, Eden reprised her role in Harper Valley PTA’s second season.

She sang in local bands, earning $10 per night in nightclubs. When she was 16 years old, she joined Actor’s Equity. She studied singing at San Francisco Conservatory of Music and acting at Elizabeth Holloway School of Theatre & Foundation.

It reached number 14 on The New York Times Bestseller List. In June 2021, Barbara revealed while talking about her children’s book Barbara and the Djinn, that she and her husband Jon Eicholtz had recovered from COVID-19.
