Dentsu Group Acquires Pexlify

Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo, 4324) (ISIN JP3551520004) – Pexlify acquired, a Dublin, Ireland-based Salesforce consulting firm.

The deal’s amount was not disclosed.

Pexlify joins Merkle*, a technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company within Dentsu Group’s international business, Dentsu International. With this acquisition, Pexlify further bolsters Merkle’s existing Salesforce capabilities, adding scale and geography in the UK and Ireland for B2B and B2C clients. It adds expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions and further expands Merkle’s existing offering in Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Clouds.

Pexlify, a MuleSoft and Salesforce Summit partner, has over 150 certified experts, completed 1000+ projects, and 450+ certifications. It also serves clients in the financial, healthcare, and hi-tech industries. Allianz, Amazon and Bank of Ireland are just a few of the many clients. The company is headquartered in Dublin and has offices in London, Frankfurt and Poland. It provides ongoing support, strategic guidance, discovery sessions and design workshops, as well as business process analysis, implementation, change management, and support.

Pexlify, led by Stephen Lambert, is a Salesforce implementation partner. It has 150 employees in its Dublin, London and Frankfurt offices.

Pexlify’s employees will make the transition to Merkle, along with Lambert, and the Pexlify leadership team. Anne Stagg, the UK CEO of Merkle will be Lambert’s direct report. The company will be known as “Pexlify, a Merkle Company” with immediate effect and develop joint go-to-market plans and accelerate growth across both businesses.
