Depth Instinct NYC-based company which applies deep end-to–end learning based upon a deep-learning framework to cybersecurity. It raised $100m in SeriesD financing.

The total amount of funding raised by the round was $200 million. The round was led by BlackRock accounts and funds, with participation from Untitled Investments, The Tudor Group and Anne Wojcicki.

The company will use these funds to support its growth plans up through 2021.

Guy Caspi, the CEO, is leading Deep Instinct. Lane Bess serves as the Chairman. It is a platform that can detect and prevent cyberattacks at any touchpoint in an organization, from its endpoint to the Network.

Customers in North America, Europe and APAC are the current customers. The company has more than tripled its enterprise customers over the past year. This includes strategic wins with many Global 2000 companies in Q1 202021.
