Brunt Workwear Raises $20M in Series B Funding

Brunt Workwear, a Boston Massachusetts-based clothing brand and work boot manufacturer, is now available. Has raised $20 million in Series-B financing.

Stripes hosted the event. Other attendees included Reformation, On Running, Califia Farms and Suffolk Technologies.

The company plans to use the money for inventory expansion, team growth, investment in further development of products and to expand retail channels beyond its online storefront.

Brunt, the company’s CEO Eric Girouard is responsible for its production of work boots and other clothing designed for today’s construction workers and tradespeople. Its mission is to meet the needs and provide services for more than 17,000,000 employees in the United States.

Six years after its founding, the company added clothing and accessories to its collection in 2021. This was to complete its work boot line, which included work jackets and other pant designs.

Girouard, prior to Brunt’s launch, spent more than a ten-year in direct-to consumer and e-commerce at companies like Rue La La and M.Gemi as well as Trade Coffee.
